Submission Guidelines
APALCE Voices (ISSN: 3140-4502) accepts article text through the official online submission form. Article files are not accepted at the initial submission stage.
Before opening the form:
- Draft the article in a separate document.
- Revise and proofread the complete article.
- Confirm all names, dates, quotations, and factual claims.
- Prepare a list of sources and links.
- Decide which publication name and short biography should be used.
- Save a copy of the final article for your own records.
When entering the article:
- Paste the complete article into the Article Text field.
- Use one blank line between paragraphs.
- Put subheadings on separate lines.
- Do not include the title again in the article field.
- Do not include contact details, private notes, images, tables, or formatting instructions.
- Check the full text before submitting.
Fonts, colours, columns, footnotes, page numbers, and other document formatting are not required. APALCE will apply publication formatting after an article has been accepted.
If a revision is requested, follow the instructions provided by the editorial team. Do not submit a duplicate form unless requested.
