Institutional and Organizational Partnerships

International Collaboration in Language, Culture, and Education

The Asia Pacific Association of Language, Culture, and Education (APALCE) actively develops institutional and organizational partnerships with universities, academic associations, research institutes, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and relevant industry partners.

Through Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with partner organizations, APALCE seeks to promote international research collaboration, academic exchange, educational innovation, and socially meaningful engagement in the fields of language, culture, and education.

APALCE’s partnership network is grounded in scholarly excellence, mutual respect, and shared commitment to the advancement of knowledge. By working with diverse institutions and organizations, APALCE aims to build a collaborative platform that connects academic research, educational practice, community engagement, and global knowledge exchange.

Institute for Corpus Research (ICR), Incheon National University

South Korea

The Institute for Corpus Research at Incheon National University collaborates with APALCE in advancing research in corpus linguistics, applied linguistics, language education, and AI-assisted language research.

The partnership promotes collaborative research projects, academic events, scholarly publications, and the development of innovative methodologies for language research and education.

Healthy Physical Activity Institute (HPAI)

South Korea

APALCE and the Healthy Physical Activity Institute collaborate to promote interdisciplinary research connecting education, language, health, physical activity, and well-being.

This partnership supports academic exchange and research initiatives that explore the broader social, educational, and cultural dimensions of learning, health, and human development.

2. Academic Associations

Korea Association of Secondary English Education (KASEE)

South Korea

The Korea Association of Secondary English Education collaborates with APALCE to advance research and academic dialogue in English education, language assessment, teacher development, and curriculum studies.

This partnership supports joint academic events, research initiatives, and scholarly exchange addressing contemporary issues in English education at the secondary level and beyond.

3. Nonprofit and Public-Interest Organizations

Sharing Hope and Lifelong Learning (SHALL)

South Korea

Knowledge and Hope Sharing is a nonprofit educational volunteer organization dedicated to supporting children and young people through knowledge-sharing activities, including English book reading, literacy development, and educational outreach.

APALCE plans to establish an MoU with Knowledge and Hope Sharing to strengthen collaboration in language education, literacy, community-based learning, and socially responsible educational initiatives. This partnership will provide a meaningful foundation for connecting academic expertise with public-interest educational practice.
