The Section Editor shall request the review of the submitted paper from two reviewers. C. The reviewers shall examine the submitted paper and grade it according to four categories: <Accept>, <Accept with Revisions>, <Re-review after Revisions>, and <Reject>. D. If two reviewers grade the paper as publishable—<Accept with Revisions> or <Accept>—the Chair shall send the reviewers’ comments to the author. Upon arrival of the revised manuscript, the Section Editor shall verify whether the required revisions have been appropriately reflected and then send the revised manuscript to the Editor-in-Chief for the Editorial Board to make the final decision to publish. E. If one or more reviewers grade the paper as <Re-review after Revisions>, the Chair shall send the reviewers’ comments to the author and request revisions. Upon arrival of the revised manuscript, the Section Editor shall request a re-review from the original reviewers or, depending on the case, new reviewers. Upon receipt of the re-review comments, the Chair shall proceed according to clause (D) or the procedure above based on the results. Re-reviews are limited to two rounds. If the paper is not judged as publishable even after two rounds of re-reviews, or if the revised manuscript is not submitted, the Section Editor shall notify the Editor-in-Chief to make a final decision of rejection. F. If two reviewers grade the paper as <Reject>, the Section Editor shall notify the Editor-in-Chief, and a decision of rejection shall be made following discussion by the Editorial Board. G. If a paper finally determined as <Reject> by the Editorial Board is resubmitted with the same title and content, the Editor-in-Chief may refuse to review the paper. H.
