	APJLCE is fully Open Access, so everything we publish is freely available online—no paywalls, no subscription barriers. The aim is simply to let research in language, culture, and education circulate as widely as possible.
	All APJLCE articles are published under a CC BY license. That means colleagues can share and reuse the work, as long as they give proper credit to the authors and the journal.

APJLCE Archived in:

	APJLCE is archived in the National Library of Korea, which helps ensure long-term preservation and steady public access to the journal’s content.
	The journal is also included in the National Assembly Library, so it sits within Korea’s wider public knowledge infrastructure and remains accessible through national library systems.

APJLCE promotes interdisciplinary dialogue by publishing work that explores the intersections of linguistics, cultural studies, and educational practice. The journal welcomes a broad range of submissions, including original research articles, theoretical papers, and book reviews, in areas such as:

Language: Applied linguistics, sociolinguistics, language acquisition, language policy, multilingual practices, and related topics
Culture: Intercultural communication, cultural identity, transnational studies, heritage preservation, and related topics
Education: Pedagogy in Asia–Pacific contexts, curriculum development, educational technology, teacher education, educational policy, and related topics

3. Peer-review policy

To ensure academic integrity and scholarly quality, all submissions undergo a rigorous review process conducted by experts in relevant fields. APJLCE is committed to providing fair, unbiased, and constructive feedback to support authors in strengthening and refining their work.

4. Publication frequency and access

APJLCE is an open-access journal published twice a year (June 30 and December 31).

학문적 무결성과 질적 수준을 담보하기 위해, 투고 원고는 관련 분야 전문가에 의해 엄정한 심사 절차를 거칩니다. 아울러 저자가 연구를 더욱 단단히 다듬어 갈 수 있도록 공정하고 편견 없는, 건설적인 피드백을 제공하는 데 힘쓰고 있습니다.

APJLCE는 오픈 액세스 학술지로, 연 2회(6월 30일, 12월 31일) 발행됩니다.
